First things First – the word Kriaytive?
Well when I started my Social Business (Create . com)
was taken so I went with (Kriayt . com)
So when I say

Kriaytive Friends – This is pronounced Creative Friends

And this retreat will be referred to as
The Kriaytive Kindness Retreat
We will be celebrating friendship, spreading Kindness & creating each day with Mixed Media lessons, mini workshops and a few other ideas I have up my sleeve.

Our Inspiration will be each other and our surroundings!

Yes your heard right … We are holding our retreat in a Castle. It is the one in this picture. It is in Spain and yes it is so cool!

We will be staying here for 7 nights.

 

The Castle is a 10th century castle, renovated as a rural house. From the castle there are some hiking routes to special places, like forests, hills of fossils, houses in caves, old churches, other collapsed castles, magical mountains and lovely natural streams.

 

Inside the castle we have the old world charm with all the modern amenities. There is heating to the Castle and our retreat will be the only guests there during our week. We have two full modern working kitchens. Chocolate can be hidden and wine can be chilled. Of course Tea & coffee will flow all day.
There will be an arrival night and departure night in town so we can all wait for everyone’s flights to arrive. This will be in a twin share hotel in the heart of town within walking distance of sight seeing attractions.

Both accommodations are included in your retreat cost.
At ‘The Castle’ We will have access to electricity – heating and Wifi. Add bottomless cuppas ….what else do we need…… I have a heap more photos below on this page.

The Castle is booked and all deposits are PAID!

The retreat is officially FULL we are unable to take any more people as we filled to the brim.

We are so excited to have 14 gorgeous people join us from all over the world. 

It is officially Spring …. The average high in April is just over
19 ºC (66 ºF), though you’ll want something to wear in the evenings, which get down to around 13 ºC (55 ºF).

The weather in Barcelona during April is warm, bright and sunny. The temperature ranges between 16-21 degree Celsius. The days are hottish while the nights are cooler and soothing ( not by Aussie standards haha)

In April it can be cold, windy and rainy – or it can be sunny and hot dry. In April we recommend you pack some summer gear like shorts and t-shirts and maybe sandals but you should only wear this in the mid-day sun. The mornings and evenings are much cooler and if rainy windy day can be very chilly.

This is only going to be as hard as you make it! We will be collaborating with attendees on Menu’s closer to the trip.

Morning & Afternoon snacks

At the castle, these meals are all included in your Retreat Costs. We will be providing filtered drinking water,tea & basic coffee all day and Juice at Breakfast.

We will ask for diet requirements at your time of booking ( when retreat is confirmed) 

 

Any meals & tips in Town will be at your personal cost. Breakfasts are not included in Hotel costs HOWEVER I have already found some super cheap, cute & tasty local breakfast places for around $5-$7 Euro so problem solved!

The Cost to attend the Retreat is $1500 – this is a non profit event so if the costs come in cheaper you will be refunded. I am teaching daily at this event at no cost.

What is included –

* Arrival night twin share accommodation in Town
* 7 x nights accommodation at the Castle. The first 4 x people to pay their deposit will get the private rooms. if not you will be in twin share.
*Departure night twin share accommodation in Barcelona
*3 x main meals a day at the castle ~ morning & afternoon snacks
* Still Water, Tea & Coffee available all day
* Transport/Fuel to and from The Castle * Basic local taxes for above items.
* Daily preplanned taught Art Classes and most supplies will be included. You will get a basics material list that you need to bring, trust me it will be basic.
What is NOT included & at your expense
* Plane tickets to Town in Spain
* Food outside of the Castle 
* Any drinks or personal snacks are BYO Alcohol or Sugary drinks
* Transport to and from airport to hotel in Barcelona. We will give advice on the best method and find you the least expensive option. I will also coordinate people to hitch together if they are needing transport at the same time.
* Sightseeing 
* You can stay less days at the Castle but it will be the same cost. 

* We are asking that EVERYONE has travel insurance that includes medical costs.

This trip is not a partners retreat and the Castle is dedicated to us who will be paid retreat members crafting & art-ing at the table together.

We will ONLY be arranging the Retreat Costs and Retreat Logistics/Itinerary etc. I have run many international retreats and we have had the best of times. It is up to you to organise your own Plane Ticket. In the FB group we can all help each other with cheap flight deals as we see them. You will need a valid Passport with 6 months in it, to travel or you will not be allowed on the flight or in to Spain. Visa process is simple or non existent for most of us, we will offer advice to the people coming to the retreat, it is a simple process.

You will also need to investigate the current Covid Policy for your country and the airport procedures near you.
